How we make money

Straight answer: some of our links pay us a small commission. Here's how that works, and what it never changes.

The deal

Checked Coupons is free to use, and we'd like to keep it that way without ads. So some of the links on this site are affiliate links or referral links:

  • Affiliate links: when you click through and buy or sign up, the brand (or the affiliate network it works with) may pay us a commission.
  • Referral codes and links: some offers are referral programs. When you use our referral code or link, the brand may give us a bonus or credit, often while you get a discount or bonus too.

You never pay more because of it. The price is the same whether or not a link earns us something.

What money never changes

  • Which offers we list. An offer goes live because it passed our test, not because it pays.
  • The order. Offers are sorted by the date of their last check, newest first.
  • What we say about them. We write down the catch even when it makes an offer less attractive.
  • Whether a failing offer stays up. If it doesn't work, it goes, paid or not.

Where you'll see it

We mention this next to the offers on every page that lists them, next to the buttons on every offer page, and in the footer. Links that may earn us something carry rel="sponsored" in the page code, so search engines know too.

Questions?

If something about a link or an offer looks off, tell us. We'd rather hear it than lose your trust.
